Where do you ship from?+

We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the US and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

How long will delivery take?+

It will usually take 7–30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product to product, based on demand and shipping location.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?+

It will usually take between 2–5 business days.

Something is missing from my order.+

If you ordered more than one product, it is very likely that they will arrive separately as our products are made by various partners. You should receive tracking for each parcel as they are dispatched, so please check the tracking on your missing item.

If you are still unsure about the whereabouts of your missing item, contact us by email.

I received a faulty item.+

We are sorry about that. Please, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will get that sorted for you.

Where do I send my returns?+

You should mail your return products to: Orange House Merchant, 304 S. Jones Blvd #5016, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?+

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please, contact us if you do not receive one within 24 hours.

Can I see my order history online?+

Yes, simply log in to your OHMerchant.com account and then click on the "Account" link found near the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be able to find all of your account information, including your order history.

How do I cancel my order?+

Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. If you wish to cancel, you may contact us by email immediately after you place your order. Once orders go to fulfillment, our regular returns policy goes into effect. Please, read our Returns Policy.

Can I change my shipping address?+

You can change your shipping address by logging in to your account page. Select "Addresses" and click on the "Edit" link, next to your address. We strongly advise you to contact OHMerchant.com customer support immediately if you need to change the shipping address on an order that has already been placed.

We will cancel your order so you can re-order with the correct address. Please, be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to cancel the order.

My credit card was declined. What should I do?+

If your credit card is declined while placing an order, it is your financial institution who has rejected the purchase. Please, contact them for resolution and try placing your order again. Another solution is to open a PayPal account and use that when you place your order.

Which forms of payment can I use?+

We accept Stripe and PayPal as options for payment. For credit card payments, please note that the provided billing information must be a 100% match with the information on file with your credit card company. If you are having difficulty using a credit card to order because the information does not match, please use your PayPal account.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?+

OHMerchant.com is verified by PayPal and Stripe. OHMerchant.com is protected by SSL encryption technology to process your personal information securely.

Which currency will I be charged in?+

We process all orders in USD.

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?+

Shopping at OHMerchant.com is safe. OHMerchant.com encrypts and transfers all your data through a secure protocol (HTTPS). All users must access our site with an SSL certificate, which confirms the identity of the domain name and enables the communication, using keys to encrypt (lock, scramble) and decrypt (unlock, un-scramble) all the transmitted information.

Can I pay cash upon delivery?+

We do not have a local facility for our clients to pay directly with cash and we do not provide cash on delivery (COD) service. Stripe and PayPal are the only payment options available at this time for trouble-free and effortless secure transactions.
